Best AI health coaches in India (2026)
Kriti is one of the products on this page, so read it with that in mind. What we have tried to do is make it accurate: every price and feature below comes from the company's own website or app-store listing, each one is linked, and where a different product is the better choice for you we say so. If you find something here that is out of date or wrong, write to us at suman@jilohealth.com and we will correct it.

The short answer
- You want a coach in Hindi, on WhatsApp, with a real nutritionist checking your plan — Kriti. It is the only one of the four that runs entirely inside WhatsApp and publicly names the nutritionists who review each plan.
- You have diabetes and want a dedicated diabetes app — Tap Health. It is built only for blood-sugar management, its protocol is credited to named diabetes doctors, and it won a clinical innovation award at ATTD-Asia in 2025.
- You want the widest feature set and wearable syncing — HealthifyMe. It is the largest and oldest of the four, with the deepest tracking, the biggest recipe library and the most languages, at the highest price.
- You want one app covering many conditions — Disha. It covers around fifteen conditions, from thyroid and PCOS to menopause, and reports more than 70 lakh sign-ups.

The two differences that actually matter
Most of these products do broadly similar things — log food, nudge you, chart a number going down. Two differences are real, and they are the ones worth deciding on.
The first is whether you have to install anything. In a household where the phone is shared, storage is full and the person who needs the coaching is not the person most comfortable with apps, "download this app and create an account" is where the attempt usually ends. A coach that lives in WhatsApp is used by whoever can already use WhatsApp — which, in most Indian families, is everybody. As of October 2026, Kriti is the only one of the four built that way. HealthifyMe has said in a press release that its Ria assistant can also be reached on WhatsApp, but it is an additional channel for an app product, and we could not confirm it on their own website.
The second is whether a qualified human sees your plan. This is the one to be sceptical about, including with us. An AI coach can produce a confident, specific, completely unsuitable diet plan — too little protein, food you cannot get locally, something that works against a medicine you are taking. The protection against that is a qualified person reading the plan before you do, and being named. On Kriti, every diet plan is reviewed and approved by Deepika Jayaswal (Clinical Nutrition, 15+ years) or Siya Agarwal (M.Sc. Clinical Nutrition). Of the other three, Tap Health names the doctors who designed its protocol but delivers the coaching by AI, HealthifyMe puts human coaches in a separate and more expensive tier than its AI plan, and Disha does not claim per-plan human review.
What none of them does
None of these products diagnoses a condition, prescribes or changes medicine, or replaces your doctor. Any that appears to be doing so should be treated with suspicion, not gratitude. They are coaching tools for diet, habits and tracking — useful, and not a substitute for a clinic.
