What is Kriti?
Kriti is an AI health and nutrition coach built by Jilo Health (Jilocosmos Healthrevolution Private Limited, Patna, Bihar, India). She works entirely inside WhatsApp — there is no app to download and no login. Kriti speaks Hindi, Hinglish and English. She builds a personalised diet plan, counts calories and protein from a photo of your meal, explains lab reports in simple language, tracks weight, blood sugar and blood pressure, and sends daily reminders. Every diet plan is reviewed and approved by a qualified nutritionist before it reaches you. Kriti costs ₹499 per month or ₹999 for three months, and the first week is free.
