Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Kriti subscription provided by Jilocosmos Healthrevolution Private Limited and billed through our payment gateway, . Please read it with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Free Trial
- Your first seven (7) days of Kriti are free.
- To start, a ₹1 verification charge is used to set up your UPI AutoPay / e-mandate. This ₹1 is refunded or adjusted.
- No subscription fee is charged during the free week. You can cancel before day 8 to avoid the first charge.
3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
After the free week, Kriti costs per month or 3 months and renews automatically each month through UPI AutoPay until you cancel. As required by NPCI, you receive a pre-debit notification before each auto-debit.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by messaging “cancel” to Kriti on WhatsApp or by emailing suman@jilohealth.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You keep access until the end of that cycle. We do not automatically refund the unused part of a cycle.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has been charged. In particular, we do not provide refunds for a change of mind, for not using the Service, or for dissatisfaction with content, except where required by law.
We will, on a case-by-case basis, consider a refund in the following situations:
- A duplicate or erroneous charge.
- A charge taken after you had cancelled in time.
- A technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the Service for a substantial part of the paid period.
The ₹1 mandate-verification charge is refunded or adjusted as described in Section 2.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email suman@jilohealth.com with the subject “Refund Request”, including your name, WhatsApp number, the transaction / payment ID, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method / UPI within 5–10 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or UPI provider.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website with its effective date.
